Prof. Dr. Ira Diethelm ist seit 2011 Universitätsprofessorin für Didaktik der Informatik an der Universität Oldenburg. 2010 bis 2012 war sie darüber hinaus Vizedirektorin des Didaktischen Zentrums derselben Universität. 2008 bis 2011 hat Prof. Diethelm die Verwaltung der Stiftungsprofessur „Informatik in der Bildung“ der Universität Oldenburg übernommen. Von 2006 bis 2009 hat sie Lehraufträge wahrgenommen und war Gastwissenschaftlerin an der Technischen Universität Braunschweig. 2003 bis 2008 war Ira Diethelm als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im Fachgebiet Software Engineering an der Universität Kassel tätig und von 2001 bis 2008 hat sie als Lehrerin für Mathematik, Chemie und Informatik am Gymnasium Gaußschule in Braunschweig gearbeitet. _____ Prof. Dr. Ira Diethelm has been a professor of didactics and informatics at the University of Oldenburg since 2011. From 2010 to 2012, she was also vice-director of the Centre for Didactics at the same university, and from 2008 to 2011, she held the university’s endowed chair for Informatics in Education. From 2006 through 2009, she held several lecturing positions, and was a guest researcher at the Technische Universität Braunschweig. From 2003 through 2008, Diethelm was a research associate in software engineering at the University of Kassel, and from 2001 through 2008 she taught mathematics, chemistry, and computer science at the Gausßschule high school (Gymnasium) in Braunschweig.
